As for as the 2 pillow cases I received, they were very well packaged. When I opened them, I was not expecting them to be so incredibly soft, smooth and cool to the touch.
I actually opened the package up in my hot car ( literally everything in my car was extremely hot) and the pillow cases were actually the only thing that I had that kept me cool!
I finally got to sleep with them and I now I’m completely in love with them. I didn’t have to keep flipping the pillow for a cool spot. It wasn’t rough on my face and I didn’t have any hair breakage.

The material is very soft and smooth. It's better than my best cotton.

How long does it take to process an order?
We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatche.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please be aware that shipping times may vary for international orders, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Lullabee provides worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the US, and pricing varies country to country.
All packages shipped generally arrive within 5-14 business days. However, delays created by customs may require a 10-20 business-day time in transit. This is very rare, but do be aware of this possibility.
If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Lullabee is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

What is your return policy?
You can return bedding products purchased on lullabee.com within 30 days of your original purchase and non-bedding items within 7 days. Conditions
Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage.
Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order.
If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.
