How long does it take to process an order?
We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatche.

Lullabee provides worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the US, and pricing varies country to country.
All packages shipped generally arrive within 5-14 business days. However, delays created by customs may require a 10-20 business-day time in transit. This is very rare, but do be aware of this possibility.

You can return bedding products purchased on lullabee.com within 30 days of your original purchase and non-bedding items within 7 days. Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage.
Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order.
