This is super thin and very silky and comfortable. Has helped me a ton with getting hot in the night. Highly recommend it.

I don’t kick the blankets off nearly as often as before and have not woken up sweaty since getting it. And that includes when my a/c broke and it ‘cooled down’ to 34C overnight. I’d say it is worth a try.

I have the sheets and pillowcase too. I really love them, they are so soft and silky. I was a bit skeptical but have had it a few weeks and I'm sold.
